Return & Refund Policy

We accept the return of products within 21 days of shipping, provided the products returned are in their unused, original condition and in the original packaging.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty order, please email the Customer Service Team quoting your order number so they can assist you in resolving the problem promptly.

If you would like to return product/s for a refund or exchange, please complete the Returns Advice Form which you will find on the reverse side of your invoice and include it with your returned order so we can process your return quickly and correctly.

In the event that you no longer have the Returns Advice Form included with your order please email the Customer Service Team.

Please be advised that if you do not use a tracked postage service we cannot be held responsible if your parcel fails to reach us.

Please retain your postage receipt until your return has been processed and you have received your exchange order or a refund.

*Please note if you are returning your order from outside of the European Union, we cannot be held responsible for customs issues. Any charges will need to be paid for by the customer.

You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. However, we do not charge to post your exchange request product/products.

Refunds are processed in 1-2 working days from when the goods are received into our shop - refunded back to the original purchase method.

For customers shopping in the EU or the USA, enjoy FREE standard delivery when you spend £70 or more. Allow approximately 5 – 10 business days for delivery.

Please note, the international part of the transit is managed by local courier services and is not tracked by Royal Mail from this point onwards. In the rare event of the goods being delayed overseas, it may be difficult for our customer service team to trace your package.

Due to varying customs regulations, international deliveries can take up to 3 weeks from dispatch, dependant on the destination.

We're sorry, but free delivery is unavailable for larger items for examples Dolls Houses and Large Plush Toys.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on Australian, Middle East and Rest of World orders of £100 or more

For customers shopping in Australia, Middle East or Rest of World, enjoy FREE standard delivery when you spend £100 or more. Allow approximately 5 – 10 business days for delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERY for UK & International Orders

UK Express

For next working day delivery, you must place your order before 12pm Monday - Friday (GMT). If your order is placed after the midday deadline, your order will be dispatched the following working day. Please note, for customers based in the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, allow within 3 business days from dispatch. All express deliveries are fully tracked and the tracking information will be provided to you by email upon dispatch.

International Express

Select express shipping and receive your parcel in the fastest time possible. All international orders are shipped securely via Royal Mail*. Allow up to 4 business days for delivery from dispatch. All express deliveries are fully tracked and the tracking information will be provided to you by email upon dispatch. * Please note that the express service is not available to the Russian Federation.
